DRIVING LICENSE.
At the time of rental the renter and each additional driver must present a valid national driver's licence (in Roman script), having been licensed as driver for at least 2 years.

Acceptable without additional documentation:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.

Acceptable without additional documentation if in Roman script. Otherwise an International Driving Permit (IDP) is mandatory:
Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Central African Republic, Costa Rica, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, FYR Macedonia, Georgia, Guyana, Holy See, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Liberia, Monaco, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Niger, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, South Africa, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.

International Driving Permit mandatory. 
NOTE: The IDP alone is not acceptable unless it is accompanied by a valid national driver’s license. 
Algeria, Argentina, Australia, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Canada, Chile, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Fiji, Ghana, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Japan, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Malaysia, Mali, Mexico, Namibia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Republic of Korea (South Korea), Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, United States of America and Venezuela.

Licenses issued by all other countries are not acceptable in Estonia.

Exceptions are available for military personnel, members of the diplomatic corps and their families – please check for more at the time of reservation.


AGE.
Young Driver Surcharge applies for drivers under the age of 25.


ACCEPTED DRIVERS.
The vehicle is allowed to be operated only by person(s) accepted by City Car and given in the Rental Agreement. Additional drivers can be added to the Rental Agreement at the time of pickup for Additional Driver Fee.


CREDIT CARD.
Only VISA and EuroCard/MasterCard credit cards are accepted as the form of guarantee-deposit  payment. The card must be issued on the name of the person making the Reservation. There must be sufficient credit on the card to cover all possible charges.
As a rule, at pickup, a guarantee-deposit is reserved on Your credit card in the amount of the estimated rental charges + at least 400.- Euros (EUR) but no less than 500.- Euros (EUR). City Car has the right to pre-authorize charging a higher amount than the usual guarantee-deposit equalling the sum of the estimated rental charges, the non-waivable excess of the Vehicle, a tankful of fuel and refueling service charge.
As a rule, if not agreed to otherwise, City Car deducts the car’s rental sum from the guarantee-deposit after the rental period and releases immediately the rest of the guarantee-deposit. A client may also pay the rental sum by bank account or in cash, this being the case, the guarantee-deposit will be released in the whole amount immediately after the rental sum has come in.
Debiting the rental sum and release of the guarantee-deposit on a client’s account depend on valid international banking rules.


DRIVING RESTRICTIONS.
By default, vehicles of City Car may be used in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Sweden. A written permission is required on the rental agreement when driving to The Republics of Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and The Kingdom of Sweden. Entering third countries is allowed in case of special agreements only, conditions of which may vary. Please contact City Car locations for further information.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
The renting person must present his/her credit card, driving license and passport or ID-card at the time of pickup.


RESERVATIONS
Reservations are made according to the Price List's sample car corresponding to fixed terms and characterized by a sample car. No reservations on concrete cars are confirmed.
The term 'Or Similar' indicates that the vehicle you rent may not be the exact make and model as the vehicle displayed, although it will be from the same car group, meaning that it will be comparable in size and performance to that vehicle.
The actual vehicle you rent will depend on the makes and models available at the time within the car group you request. If we are unable to provide a vehicle in your requested car group, we will provide a vehicle from the next available car group up at no extra charge.
City Car is trying to do its best to fulfill the client’s wishes.


LOCATION SERVICE CHARGE AND CLEANING PRICES
The Location Service Charge includes the costs of preparation and delivery of a rental car to the agreed delivery point, parking and incurring office work by City Car.
City Car LOCATION: 0.- EUR per rental,
DOWNTOWN (Delivery&Collection location): 20.- EUR per rental,
TARTU AIRPORT (Delivery&Collection location): 25.- EUR per rental,
TARTU RAILWAY STATION (Delivery&Collection location): 20.- EUR per rental.
The cleaning price includes a fee for cleaning the vehicle, if the vehicle is not in the same condition as it was when the rental started and needs additional cleaning by the Lessor after the return.
STANDARD cleaning: 15.- EUR. Includes exterior wash and interior cleaning up to 10 minutes.
PREMIUM cleaning: 30.- EUR. Includes exterior wash and interior cleaning up to 30 minutes.
CHEMICAL cleaning: 120.- EUR. Includes exterior wash and full interior chemical cleaning.


VALIDITY OF THE RESERVATION
Reservation and the presumed rental price are valid only according to the information presented by You at the time of making the Reservation. The Renter must be the same person marked on the Reservation. In case of any changes the Reservation can be cancelled or additional payments may be applied according to the Pricelist.
City Car has the right not to rent a car to a person not qualifying for a driver (e.g the driving licence is not valid, the credit card  has not sufficient limit, false information presented at the Reservation, etc.).


RENTAL DAY
The price of one rental day is valid for 24 hours starting from the beginning of rental. A next rental day will be added if the pickup time is exceeded.


GRACE PERIOD
In case the agreed return time is exceeded by more than 29 minutes a next rental day will be added.


NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge until to 24 hours before the reserved pickup time. We ask You to inform us if Your travel plans change and You will not require a rental car.
City Car has a right to charge a No-show Fee if the vehicle is not picked up and the reservation is not cancelled in time. The No-show fee will be charged if the vehicle is not picked up within 1 hour of the reserved pickup time the No-show Fee is 78.- Euros (EUR) and will be charged to the credit card given in the reservation to cover the costs City Car will have incurred for transporting and preparing Your rental car and associated labor costs.


LEGISLATION.
The vehicle must only be used in accordance with traffic code, Estonian legislation, legislation in other countries the vehicle is being driven in, Qualifications and Requirements and Terms and Conditions of Rental. Violation of any of those renders the Renter fully responsible for any loss or damage resulted from the use of the vehicle. The responsibility can only be reduced in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of rental and legislation.


VALIDITY OF THE QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.
City Car reserves the right to change the Qualifications and Requirements without prior notice.
